Eating Myself was born out of the urge to talk about the relationship between women and food, and eating as an essential part of Peruvian and Latin American tradition.

Eating Myself is a one-woman show that explores the brave story of a Latin American woman trying to find her identity through food, the kitchen and family. Born and raised in Peru, this woman shares her deep fight with body image, self care, and traditions. This critically-acclaimed show will immerse you in the heart of Peruvian and Latin American cuisine.

.

Through storytelling, movement and music Eating Myself aims to bring the audience closer to their own roots and traditions. On stage cooking is used to generate an intimate sensory experience full of flavor.
